Drugspand Fatimaplein opgerold

[Maastricht | 29 september 2024] De politie heeft in Mariaberg een drugspand opgerold. In de woning aan het Fatimaplein werden naar aanleiding van klachten uit de buurt een 20 en een 32 jarige man aangehouden. Tijdens de inval ontdekte de politie 10.000 euro aan contanten, een aanzienlijke hoeveelheid drugs waaronder heroine, cocaine, hashish, xtc-tabletten en een pistool met aanwezige munitie. Volgens de politie werd de woning gebruikt voor het vervaardigen van drugs en het verpakken ervan.

Drug house on Fatimaplein raided

[Maastricht | September 29, 2024] Police have raided a drug house in the neighborhood of Mariaberg. In the building situated on Fatimaplein, a 20 and a 32-year-old man were arrested, following complaints from the neighborhood. During the raid, police discovered 10,000 euros in cash, a significant amount of drugs including heroin, cocaine, hashish, xtc tablets and a gun with ammunition present. According to police, the residence was being used to manufacture and package drugs.
